My friends and I are doing a LP series on Alien Swarm, it was fun to play, and fun to goof around with. Hopefully you’ll have fun watching us. So kick back and enjoy.

New Sun

By Kaiserhawk

(HOLY MINDBALLS THIS PLACE HAS A NEW POST?!)

Recently Rome 2 Total War was announced, and I was totally stoked by the news. So much so that I went on a Total War binge and played through most of the collection. I played some Fall of the Samurai, and it’s a damn fine game. Beautiful too. That is why I wanted to make a video about it. So here it is: A New Sun

The song used in the video is the eponymous New Sun, performed by a friend’s band named Mojo Spade. You can listen to and download the song from here.

Under the Knife – Emperor: Battle For Dune

(Sexier than a Desert Planet)

Oh HealingTouch, how I have missed the sweet embrace of your wordpress grasp. It has been to long HealingTouch, but I shall make it up to you. For example I decided to do a little experimentation this video reviews, for which I chose a game which I recently picked up and played called Emperor: Battle For Dune.

So I hope you enjoyed my weekend time sink.

Under the Knife: The Lord of the Rings Conquest

Dr KaiserhawkBy Kaiserhawk

(Mages?! FFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUU)

A long time ago, in a development studios far away came Star Wars: Battlefront. Battlefront was a conquest style game set within the Star Wars universe and many of the levels were based off locales from the films. Both it and its sequel were very successful and became one the top selling games under the Star Wars license. Now Pandemic Studios have opted to trade in their Lasers and Lightsabers for Swords and Sorcery. Will lightning strike thrice with the Lord of the Rings Conquest, or is it a black abomination worthy of the pits of Mordor.

Under the Knife: Spider-man Web of Shadows

By Kaiserhawk

(How do I write review?)

Back when Web of Shadows was initially announced I had somewhat of high expectations of the game. It wasn’t bound to a movie license and thus could spend a longer time in the shop for extra polish and shine. That works well in theory.

The Healing Touch Gaming Award: The Most Ironic game of the Year

By Kaiserhawk

(The best things in life are free…)

Hello esteemed readers and colleagues, Kaiserhawk here. Just popping in to give an impromptu award for a title which I’m sure wont win any awards. But I saw the love in it’s eye. The desperation screamed out to me to be taken seriously…until I noticed which company was involved with said masterpiece. Then I laughed, laughed for a good long while. This moment of amusement I shall pass unto you tonight in the form of an award. So without further adieu I present

“The most Ironic game of 2008” is…

Under The Knife: Tom Clancy’s End War (The full game this time)

By Kaiserhawk

(Feeble reviewer, review game, Bravo)

So being the huge RTS junkie that I am I just had to try out the new and interesting idea from Ubisoft in the form of “Tom Clancy’s End War” which is a console exclusive RTS game something that is more rare than a girl willing to have sex with me. However after a brief time with the demo that had it’s share of ups and downs for me but I said back then that maybe it would be tweaked a little in time for the full game, well after spending time on this game here is what I have to say about the full game of End War.
