Anyway, Long story short, AVGN got his account suspended for “Terms of Use Violation” because of Copyright, yet Copyright is NOT infringed if it is for the use of Criticism or Commentary.

Ummm….i thought this was the news of the now…you went on a massive jump from “his accounts suspended” to “it was for copyright violation” making the whole video sound like massive amounts of conjecture.

I don’t understand why he got banned. DIdn’t he win a youtube award?
Either way, youtube has always been full of shit, and good shows like the nerd’s stuff is too good for that site anyways. Veoh is way better…
From what I’ve heard, he got banned because he was using his account to advertise for his videos on gametrailers. I don’t know, all speculation I suppose, but he’ll probably post all the videos on his Cinemassacre account so It really isn’t that huge of a deal.
